Tryin’ different hotels and accommodation during the journey is the way I travel, even when I travel for this time, I stay in 2 different hotels in Hong Kong, first was in Yes Inn Hotel around Fortress Hill and the second one will be in Ovolo 256 Tung Chau Street around Sham Shui Po, amazing area that I can feel how is the feeling to be a real locals. That’s right…I just go out from the exit gate of Sham Shui Po MTR Station and walk about 15 minutes passing by the old traditional market, old electronic store, and so many cheap street food around (yeah!!! This is definitely what I love about Hong Kong). I could say there are few different ways to go to this hotel but for me walking through the street where I can see the locals is the best way….thanks for all of people of Hong Kong for being so nice to me. I went to Hong Kong at the first time together with my wife and my daughter and it was really challenging experience for traveling with 1-year-old girl but if somebody there can do it so I can do it too.
all staff are so friendly and full of smile and they help me to keep my BIG stuff when I spend 2 nights in Macao before I come back to Hong Kong and stay in Ovolo
I could say staying in Ovolong 256 Tung Chau is good for relax but bad if you want to go to Airport immediately. Let me tell you the good things about staying in this hotel:

Room is so nice and modern looks
The space is quite enough or even can be big if you rent for family room but it was so clean…so modern looks, and totally AMAZING! I was book the family room at this time and I saw large 43’ flat screen TV with nice audio system, 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen set, dinner table, and for sure the nice bathroom. Even as same as other traveler even I can spread all my stuff in the living room before I pack it up for check out..yeah my daughter still can play with her balloon in it.
Here is where you meet the locals
Staying in modern hotel used to be boring when you can’t meet the locals but in Ovolo you still can see their daily live like selling some fruits, meat, and vegie, negotiation to buy old radio….and see people passing by just looking for food or stopping by the bus
Cheap Delicious Food is EVERYHWERE
In fact, I will looking for a place to stay where I can find food with just few steps of walking but Voilaa….I got it too ha3x. From the bowl of rice with chicken till fish ball satay or frid tofu yeah I can found it right here.
That’s it!!! Now let me tell you about the bad thing about staying here, there is only 1 answer, this hotels is really bad to everyone who want to catch a morning flight including processing in immigration area, means you travel back to your country or anywhere for overseas traveling cause it is so far from the airport, that’s it and again THAT’S IT!!! After all I could say that staying in Ovolong 256 Tung Chau was amazing, all staff are so friendly and full of smile and they help me to keep my BIG stuff when I spend 2 nights in Macao before I come back to Hong Kong and stay in Ovolo. Yippeeee…..yes guys you may try this hotel too and let me know your experience here.
