So that’s what I’m thinking when I decide to open my destination pre wedding in Maldives back few years ago cause I know that the real couple always want to get uncommon experience than the others. It will be same too when you celebrate your wedding party and showing up your pre wedding photos than your friends will tell you “Yes…I do my pre wedding too in that city, just like what you did”. You know….when we go to some ordinary places for photo shoot sometimes we also see 2 to 3 couple do pre wedding session in same places with me and my client.
I just want you to know that God is amazing and already create many beautiful places in this world for us to explore and enjoy, now lets take a look one of city that I want you to know, it is Hallstatt in Austria. Not so far from Salzburg so you can take a train and use small ferry or boat to touch down your foot in one incredible place called paradise!

Travel from Salzburg to Hallstatt Austria
No matter where you come from than the easiest way to go to this paradise is by landed in Salzburg, there are a lot of flights from all around Europe by the way and I recommend you to browse the ticket online on Jetradar and got the the best rate from them, lets browse some of them below:
Actually there are two most recommended option to travel from Salzburg to Hallstatt Austria, there are train and bus but if this gonna be your first time to visit this paradise than ride with the bus is highly recommended.
Riding with the bus is way cheaper than train and you can see beautiful scenery in all the way road this Hallstatt, so here are some details that you could know:
- Ride with the bus will take around 2,5 hours including beautiful and majestic view surrounding, you couldn’t miss it for sure!
- Take bus 150 from Salzburg station to go to Bad Iscl (around 90 minutes and the first bus start from 5.55 am), don’t miss to buy some snacks, coffee, or any groceries from the convenient store that located on the station
- Easy transfer to bus 542 from Bad Iscl to Gosaumuhle (20 minutes ride) kindly check the bus and schedule on the sign board, actually through here you also can take a train to Hallstatt but the train station located at the opposite of Hallstatt village which is mean you have to cross the lake by a ferry
- Easy transfer to bus 543 from Gosaumuhle to Hallstatt Lahn (10 minutes ride and you will arrive in the village soon)
Once you arrive than you gonna see this view right in front of your eyes…
