Planning a big day will seems to be challenging so that’s why you must know some tips about how to stay healthy before your wedding. Some of my couple used to prepare their wedding since 12 months before and it is consist of having pre wedding or engagement shooting before.
Since I serve destination wedding for majority than having an engagement session is not that simple cause me and couple used to travel for almost 7 days which is mean they must get permission from their office and make sure they got a great health before doing it.
When I meet my couple in person I often asking them about how to stay healthy before your wedding and surprising cause they just do some easy steps that everyone absolutely can do too.

Wedding is an important day and we know that not everyone choose to get married now, so when you choose to say the vow and getting married it means you gonna have big event that might attended not only by two of you but also your parents, friends, and surely the family member.
Talking about wedding will talk about big preparation and off course the budget. Due to my own research, I know that somebody used to spend a budget for wedding that value as same as their annually salary. For common employee like a working in bank, analyst or even an insurance agent for worldwide coverage like in US, Australia or even Singapore that used to earn $45,000 to $55,000 annually salary.
Spending those amount without concern about your healthy is just like burning your money in a trash bin so generally these situations below will happen if you’re not concern about it:
- Your money are burning out – means you pay something but you got nothing from it
- You make a terrible for everyone – every guests who coming to your wedding pay a lot of money from airline tickets, hotels and accommodation, and even some wedding gifts than imagine if your wedding is being canceled just because you gonna go to hospital, and the most important part is…

How to Stay Healthy Before Your Wedding with These 3 Lazy Steps
As I said before being healthy may so cheap in case you know what and how to do it properly, so don’t be so rush to buy some ridiculous expensive stuff or medicine cause these 3 lazy steps will works so great and you still can save your money for your wedding.
1 – Walking Twice a Week for at Least 3km
I do this exercise regularly and enjoying so much cause you know that living as a photographer will take me into traveling a lot, eat more sugars from any kind drinks that I got on convenient store, and surely eat high cholesterol meals.
So what I do regularly is walking twice a week from my house to go to my Airbnb property simply just greeting to my guest and saying that how I being so honest to host them in my house.

2 – Fasting for Once a Week
I’m a moslem by the way and I used to fasting for 30 days during Ramadhan, I know that other religions have their own fasting way too and what I believe is having fasting regularly is truly good for our health. Fasting is simply like a diet so even you do simple thing like not eating any kind of sugar in a day than you already have your own fasting.
You also can do unique fasting that called as “the Buddha diet” too when at the 1st time you gonna restrict your window calorie by 13 hours a day or in two weeks. After you got succeed doing this than you can restrict your diet intake for 12 hours for two weeks. The main goal of having this Buddha Diet is to encourage you to eat mindfully because you gonna be what you eat.

3 – Reduce Your Sugar Consumption
Your body really need sugar for sure cause it produce energy for working out and daily activities but if you take it too much than it becomes fat and obesity. What you can do to reduce your sugar consumptions are:
- Reduce to buy any kind of soda or any beverages at the convenient store cause we know that every ingredient that those conv. store had are consist tons of sugar.
- Drinks only mineral water for everything that you eat in a day, make sure you always fulfil your bottle with water and drinks at least 2 litter per day, you might also consider to buy Cactaki Water Bottle (1 litter) with time maker to remind you about drink
