I’ve try to my self and it’s works well, you know that shooting a wedding is really hard and tiring so I always want to eat a lot following my wedding photo session. So what I did is I asked some water and fruit platters before I eat and it fulfill my stomach than I will reduce my meal for sure.
5 – Take a Good Rest in the Night
Poor sleep is one of the strongest reason why people get fat, instead of working till late night than I suggest you to sleep at 9 or 10 pm but wake up early at 5 to 6 am in the morning.
When you do it regularly than you will get used to have a good sleep that will help you to reduce your weight.
As I said before that the key of your wedding weight lost success is consistency but I know that it’s hard for some people so if you want to give your self an award after 6 days of diet than give your self for 1 day off (most people choose Saturday).
Even you have a 1 day off for your diet but I still suggest you to eat ONLY healthy products such as oats or potatoes, it helps your diet not to be ruin in 1 day surely!
