Getting Married in Thailand
As you know that there are thousand of wedding cerebration that held in Thailand, no matter in Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket, or even Krabi as the most favorite wedding destination in this country. But before we talk about it there are some marriage requirements which is belong to the most important thing you must know.Follow this steps and fulfill the requirements immediately:
- Obtain an Affirmation of Freedom to Marry from the respective embassy or consulate in Bangkok. If you are FOREIGNER WHO GETTING MARRIED WITH ANOTHER FOREIGNER than it depends of your nationality rules, commonly you must present your valid passport at least 6 months and if you got divorced that you must present your divorced letter or death certificate. In some other case if you are FOREIGNER WHO MARRYING A THAI CITIZEN than you must provide the Thai National Identification Card and House Registration Document or called Blue Book
- You have to translate your affirmation of freedom to get married in Thai language
- Go legalize affirmation of freedom to marry at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- Register the marriage at the local district office (Amphur) and submitting the documents and recording the marriage at the amphur validates the marriage and is legally binding
- Providing the marriage certificates written in Thai will be issued
- You have to translate the marriage certificates in English
- Certify the translation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- Report the marriage to the foreigner’s home state, or country’s embassy or consulate in Thailand

Kata Rocks is great resort in 186/22 Koktanode Road, Karon, Muang, Phuket, 83100 Kata Beach. Just like Amanpuri, this resort is face to the Andaman Sea where you private plunge pool located, it is fantastic view that you must see during your wedding celebration.
I could say that location is superb cause you just need 10 minutes walk to the Kata Beach but little too far from the Phuket International Airport which is 47 km. Going to Kata Rocks will more comfy if you book the shutter from the hotel so all you need is just simply sway your hand when you walk out from airport terminal building.

The number 4 of best Thailand wedding venues on my list is belong to Paresa Resort, a best place that you must have for wedding celebration in Phuket.
