Having an overseas or called as destination wedding is another experience that every bride and groom want to get back some of them are too excited till forget to bring their own personalized medicine. What I suggest you to do is do whatever you can to make sure that your traveling is fun so I know that you might getting work out or diet exercise couple months before your wedding day but trust me we can’t imagine what we gonna have right after we touch down on the city or country where the wedding should be.
Dear lovely couple my name is Bima by the way and thank you for coming through my photography blog, since couple years ago I serving destination photo shoot in such wonderful location like Lux* South Ari Atoll in Maldives or any other places that will blown your mind. My challenge is because between me and my couple are coming from different location so that’s why we only meet in person once we landed in the location. I surely encourage my couple to do Skype video call or whatsapp video call but getting more personal between us is become my challenge. So before I helping them to prepare their photo shoot so I always suggest them to bring any personal belonging that might be difficult to find in a new places, it could be your own skin care, some stuff that rely on your body, and the most important one is your personalized medicine.
What I Learn From My Mistake During Past Pre Wedding in Maldives
I hosting a pre wedding photoshoot in Maldives twice, one is Singaporean and one other couple is coming from Hong Kong. My first photo shoot in Lux* South Ari Atoll was running so clear without any problems but my second trip to Maldives was really terrible. What I’m not expect is before I coming to Maldives I was work so hard and get a bit flu that actually coming from my daughter’s friend at school. So when I landed in Changi Singapore for transit in 9 hours plus couple of hours in Colombo Sri Lanka than my health was getting worse. In fact I got bit of fewer and headache for whole photo session that I got and the next situation will become of my inspiration to you today.

Once I done my photo shoot in Angsana Velavaru than I must go back to Male City for 1 night transit that I suppose to be wonderful but the fact is I got chickenpox fewer that really made me down, generally it’s a normal disease in Indonesia but if you travel for overseas destination than it might be highly contagious disease that will hurt your whole body. You definitely in a fever, stomachache, got skin rash for whole body and painful on the throat.
You might know that the best solution for this situation is buy your travel insurance online or expecting it at your trusted company but when you got terrible situation just like me than having your personalized medicine in your bag will be the most powerful one. Generally I went to the local hospital in Male City at midnight, my wife Nina was so helpful even I know that she can’t sleep for days cause taking care of me and that’s why I love her so much and she is the only one who I need to accompany me during the whole photo shoot that I got.

Since I’m not a Maldivian and got no working Visa in Maldives, due to the regulation I must to pay in cash and the price will be different. I don’t know this regulation is true or not but this is what I got during my past photo shoot in Maldives. The clue is having your personalized medicine on your hand no matter it’s gonna be your family holiday, honeymoon or even prestigious moment like wedding than it still reliable thing to bring on.
What I Want is Still the Best Pictures for My Couple and This is What I Deliver to Them
My main principal on working is ‘no excuse’ so I know I get some disease even I don’t really know what happen in my body (I suppose that it just sea food allergy) but I still doing my best to posing my couple, give them direction what to do and even swim under the sea water for having an under water photo shoot. Trust me with this skin rash in a whole body than swimming in a sea water is really painful but what I remember is my couple already give me a trust and ask me to fly to Maldives since a year ago and one thing that I want to give is the best pictures for them.
Lately one of my pictures has been sold to one photography platform and one of them is become a best wedding pictures a photo competition and the most important one os my couple was really happy with the whole final result, that’s million to me!
