Having an easy healthy diet plan for photographer is one thing that I looking for back 12 months ago, in fact I don’t find this specific method as well. I know so many photographer is getting fat and don’t concern on their health, drink too many alcohol, eat a lot of sugar till their weight ALWAYS increasing from years to years and ended up with diabetic or any ridiculous sickness.
Hi photographer my name is Bima and I’m a wedding photographer.
I work as a photographer together with my wife who belong to my personal assistant and make up artist for some couple who need for her expertise since 2009 so it’s been a long journey for working with my soulmate. I focusing my services on destination wedding photography since 2014 because I don’t want spend my life only for shooting local wedding here in Yogyakarta, a small town that you can reach by an hour fly from Bali.
Till this time I only see few photographers in my town who put a high concern about their health, what I mean here is he still working as a photographer but in the rest of the day he keep doing workout and having an easy healthy diet plan for him self. As a person who working on art than it’s really hard for me to find the perfect method of reducing my weight because I’m totally not in healthy or diet industry. Than back in July 2019 I was feeling bad about my health and sometimes feels quite hard to breath than after I check my weight than it belongs to 99,5 kg so let say,
I’m 100kg with 176 cm height in the age of 34 without having any single exercise or gym workout for over than 7 years!
My mom got diabetic and I sure that I will be had that disease too if I’m not concern with my health. You know what, I seriously know about how hard the life is when someone got diabetic even my mom passed away in the age of 63 with a complex health condition because of her diabetic.
This is me back in March 2019 when I took my family to go to Singapore for holiday, I was 99kg on that day.
If you kind of person who already well trained with gym or any workout so may my story will not changing you as well but if you are a person who work on art or any similar job who have a same situation with me than this post may worth it to read.
No matter what it is, I always want to shoot more weddings and portraits for lovely people that coming into my blog than having a nice traveling experience with my family and still able to eat delicious street food from around the world. To achieve this goal than there is no other option except finding an easy healthy diet plan and simple workout method that every beginner can do, and this is my story.

Every father and husband must have a job for provide better living experience for his family, if you go to the 9 to 5 office job than you might have a monthly salary for living and if you run your own business like me than you might get money from selling product or services that you offering for, so here in this part I will describe how I do for living.
I’m 100% Wedding Photographer
I personally run my photography business for main income stream so I get paid by shooting people’s wedding, friends and family portrait, than in the rest I sell album, USB box, my print works, and photo stocks on digital platform. Surely sometimes I’ve been invited to share for what I do here in this industry on seminar or photography workshop.
I’m a 100% photographer who put concern on destination wedding which is mean I have to travel from point to point just to capturing wedding and portrait moment for cross country couple that coming into blog and love my portfolio.

I’m an Airbnb Host and Small Coffee Shop Owner
Running this photography industry for over than 10 years is good but I also concern on another business that still related on services and hospitality. Since 2013 I was open two room right inside my house to be an airbnb facility but this unpredictable business bring me to finally own 3 houses and a small coffee shop under my command.
At this time I already host over than a thousand guests from across 40 countries world wide and selling thousands of cup of cappuccino, latte, and our signature drinks on my cafe.
Accepting and meet so many traveler in my house improve me to be an open mind person and know exactly that this world is huge and got a lot of lovely people. Even I start this business just by renting my room for $12 a night but I love the experience beyond the money it self. Oh yes off course I earn money from this photography investment and able to provide a better living for my family, give a tasty hawaian pizza on the weekend, and took my family for holiday. But if you ever become an Airbnb host than you may have a good feeling on this business beyond the money it self for sure because this is how Airbnb did.
7 to 9 am is my personal time with all the guest,
just before I start to work on my studio I spend 2 hours for cooking and serve my guest with a homemade breakfast that I could made.

In Fact, This Simple Workout Help Me to Lose My Weight for 12 Kg in 7 Months
As an ordinary person I always want easy healthy diet plan for my self because I know that steam meal like chicken breast or fish are quite plain in my mouth and I still need a good taste for my meal.
I never had any workout since the past 7 years!
When I ask my friend or browsing on Google about losing weight method than generally there are only two options, I maintain a diet for the whole meal and doing a workout and on this time I choose the workout only. If I’m not mentioned yet that I’m a husband and father or 4 kids and it’s quite hard for me to separate my meal with the whole family. My kids love sugar very much because they always want an ice cream, cookies, or juice with sugar and sometimes they can’t finish the meal by them self.
Due to my situation and off course majority of yours who have a family than I think workout is the best solution even down here I will give you a bit suggestion of easy healthy diet plan that will minimize your meal.
My Easy Healthy Diet Plan for a Week
As a typical Asian family we can’t eat without the white rice which is containing a lot of glucose and in the same time my family eat it too so generally I can’t totally have a rice diet on this term. But if I can give you a bit of suggestion about easy healthy diet plan that I personally have than this is all the menus.
For a short note that I’m going to tell you that I’m doing workout in the gym for 3 times in a week during 7 months!
Meal Set 1
- Breakfast – I eat plain pancake compliment with a fresh guava fruit
- Lunch – I eat WHATEVER I WANT without reducing the portion
- Dinner – I eat half portion of white rice, vegetables, stirred fried meat of chicken, fish, or beef, and ended up with a plain juice
Meal Set 2
- Breakfast – I eat 2 slices of wheat bread, butter, and an omelet with vegetables
- Lunch – I eat WHATEVER I WANT without reducing the portion
- Dinner – I eat half portion of fried noodle and ended up with a fruit platter
Meal Set 3
- Breakfast – I eat 150 gram of boiled potatoes and an omelet with vegetables
- Lunch – I eat WHATEVER I WANT without reducing the portion
- Dinner – I eat half portion of fried rice and ended up with a fruit platter
Snack Set
As I said before that I don’t really maintain my meals because I have a family but what I do is reducing the portion and still having a tasty snacks every day. Just in case you want to see my daily snack set than I will give you some personal suggestion below,
- Snacks 1 – I eat 2 boiled egg after work out
- Snacks 2 – I eat meat ball, banana, cookies, or slice of pizza around 5 to 6 pm
- Snacks 3 – I even still eat an instant noodle before I sleep because I work at night and always feel hungry

My Workout Program for 3 Times a Week That Help Me to Lose 12 Kg in 7 Months
On the above paragraph I already show you my personal easy healthy diet plan than now is the time for me to start workout in the gym consistently 3 times a week for 7 months. I don’t pull an extra heavy dumbbell during this 7 months because my maximum load is only 45 kg, like 20kg++ on each side.
Workout 1st Day
- Bench press – 3 set for to 8 repetition
- Dumbbell chest fly – 3 set for to 8 repetition
- Dumbbell pullover – 3 set for to 8 repetition
- Double-arm overhead extensions – 3 set for to 8 repetition
- Triceps kickbacks – 3 set for to 8 repetition
- Triceps with cable pushdown – 3 set for to 8 repetition
Workout 2nd Day
- Bent-Over Barbell Row – 3 set for to 8 repetition
- Close-Grip Seated Cable Row – 3 set for to 8 repetition
- Single-Arm Dumbbell Row – 3 set for to 8 repetition
- Standing Cable Curl – 3 set for to 8 repetition
- Dumbbell Concentration Curl – 3 set for to 8 repetition
- Barbell Preacher Curl – 3 set for to 8 repetition
Workout 3rd Day
- Deadlift – 3 set for to 8 repetition

Yes you read it in a true way, all they method that I personally do above is super simple because generally you still can eat anything even eat for set of Big Mac from McDonalds.
What’s better than you are able to reduce your weight without taught diet!
When you follow somebody method who only steam their meal and reduce all the salt, garlic, and pepper than you might reduce your weight in an extreme way. It is good but what I’m afraid is, you only can follow their guidance for just a week.
What I share here is about consistency for doing non-stop workout in 7 months and keep your meal as an easy healthy diet plan package. Surely you are able to have a pizza, fried chicken or meatballs as long as you eat in a common portion and go push your self to say ENOUGH!
I personally could say that the most difficult thing from this method is about being consistent within 7 months, honestly sometimes I got failed of it by having only twice workout in a week but the fact is as long as I keep doing this workout than I still able to reduce my weight for 12 kg in 7 months or equal reducing around 2 kg per month.
Home Workout Set That You Can Consider to Buy
Not every person are able to go to the gym due to distance or time but what one of the most important thing is, workout and exercise is a MUST. When you can’t negotiate with this way of life because of your health than I sure you will everything that you can to keep your body healthy.
I can for not going to the gym a year ago but now it’s impossible for me to not having a short workout in a week. What I’m grateful is I got few of photographer friends who also have a good concern about health where he always do a morning run 3 to 4 times in a week.
